Following a well appreciated tradition of automotive professionals, the Faculty of Mechanics and Technology within University of Pitesti set up in 1995, by its Automotive Department, a scientific journal with some of the most valuable scientific papers in the automotive engineering. This periodical is called ”Scientific Bulletin of University of Pitesti, Automotive series” (Buletinul Ştiinţific al Universităţii din Piteşti, seria Autovehicule Rutiere). In all the volumes issued by now, this yearly book published papers created by authors from university and scientific environments, from Romania and other countries from Europe, Asia and America.
