            The National University of Science and Technology POLITEHNICA Bucharest, is one of the most representative of the southern part of Romania. 

        Pitesti University Center within POLITEHNICA of Bucharest, includes 6 faculties and over 9000 students, with study programmes designed according to the Bologna Declaration, on 3 levels: Bachelor’s, Master’s and Ph.D.. We equally involve when it comes to education, research, international relations or community life.

        The students who choose us may go to one of our 6 faculties: Sciences, Physical Education and Informatics; Mechanics and Technology; Theology, Letters, History and Arts; Electronics, Communications and Computers; Economics and Law; Education Sciences, Social Sciences and Psychology providing 97 bachelor’s and master’s study programmes, 7 PhD fields as well as the Preparatory programme of romanian language for foreign citizens. Every year, we are pleased to welcome international students, teachers and researchers all over the world.

        At present we collaborate with more than 230 universities from 49 countries in order to carry out Erasmus + mobilities (Erasmus+ Bilateral Agreements), research and innovation projects, to organize conferences or to publish scientific journals (Framework Agreements).
