HABILITATION
Information and forms for the public defence of the habilitation thesis within IOSUD – NUST POLITEHNICA Bucharest. The forms are the official documents published on upb.ro (in Romanian).
| Contents of the habilitation file |
- Standard application for the habilitation defence, with the full name as on the identity card and a registration number from the Registry
- Minimum standards fulfilment sheet, signed by the candidate
- Portfolio of relevant scientific papers in the target doctoral field (minimum 5, maximum 10, in electronic format) and their list, signed by the candidate
- Curriculum vitae, signed by the candidate
- List of scientific papers, signed by the candidate
- Doctoral diploma or certificate of recognition / equivalence of a doctoral diploma obtained abroad – certified copy (certified by the Doctorate and Habilitation Office)
- Personal identification documents, plain copy: identity card and, where applicable, proof of name change
- Habilitation thesis, printed double-sided (2 copies) and in electronic format
- Summary of the habilitation thesis: in English for theses written in Romanian, or in Romanian for theses written in a widely used international language
- Statement on own responsibility regarding the CNATDCU minimum standards and the originality of the listed papers
- Proof of payment of the habilitation fee
Documents not written in Romanian or English must be accompanied by a certified translation into Romanian.
